Video Troubleshooting
Please refer to the list below to identify potential causes to common technical issues:

• Internet Connection: The computer you wish to send the video download to must be on and have an active Internet connection.
  
• Other Applications: You may be running other software applications on your computer that are using your internet connection such as an E-mail Client, Web Browser, Instant Messaging Service, or Online Video Game. Try shutting down other applications that may be using your internet connection. Also, if your computer is on a network, another computer on the network could be running software that is interfering with your internet connection.
  
• Firewall or Proxy Server: Some networks may have a Firewall enabled that is preventing you from connecting to Amazon.com. Your network may also require that a specific Proxy Server is used to access the internet. Please consult your ISP or network administrator to see if there are security measures in place that are preventing your download.
  
• Administrator Access: Windows XP security features allow computer system administrators to set different levels of access for each user. If you do not have Administrator or Power User access to your computer, the Unbox Video Player and Service may not operate properly. Please consult your system administrator to see if there are security measures in place that are preventing your download.
  
• Incomplete Purchases: Please check to make sure that you have received an order confirmation e-mail from NorthAmericanHunter.com that indicates your purchase is complete. If you did not receive an order confirmation and the video does not appear in Your Download Library, your purchase did not complete and you may need to attempt the purchase again.
  
• Windows XP and Window Vista Only: Due to restrictions on some proprietary computer hardware and software, the Download Manager can only be use on a PC running Windows XP or Windows Vista. For more information, see the Minimum System Requirements.
